Delivery, Gifting, and Returns Policy

Getting your Ziggle goodies to you quickly and easily is our priority!

Shipping and Delivery Information

UK Delivery Costs
FREE Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £30.
If your order is under £30, Standard delivery is a flat rate of £2.99.
For faster options or non-UK deliveries (where available), costs will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times
Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days, often sooner.
Express Delivery: Exact timings shown at checkout.
Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Handy Alternative
Some Ziggle products are available for next-day delivery via Amazon Prime.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.
If the order hasn’t been packed, we can amend or cancel it.
If it’s already on its way, follow the Returns Process once it arrives.

Discount Codes
Only one discount code per order. Contact us if you have issues with your code.

Gift Services

Shipping Directly to the Recipient
We can ship gifts straight to the recipient. Enter their address at checkout.

Gift Presentation
Gift Wrapping: Available for a small fee at checkout.
Personalised Message: A complimentary Ziggle greeting card with your message can be included.

Keeping the Secret Safe
We never include price tags, billing details, or invoices in gifts sent directly to recipients.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 21 days from receipt to return an item.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with labels attached.

How to Send an Item Back
Package items securely. Include a note with:

  • Your Name and Address

  • Invoice Number

  • Reason for return

  • Refund or Exchange preference

Return Postage Costs
Non-Faulty Returns (change of mind): You cover postage. Use a tracked service.
Faulty/Damaged Items: We cover postage. Contact customercare@ziggle.co.uk first.

Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges: Replacements dispatched within three days of receipt (stock permitting). No postage charge for exchanges.
Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving returned items to your original payment method.

Product Quality
If an item has a manufacturing fault, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Contact customercare@ziggle.co.uk.
